Organisations of the Bosnian Community in Slovenia

There are some cultural societies where Bosnians living here gather and socialize. To all who came to Slovenia only recently and wish to join our societies we offer:

  • advice in connection with your integration into Slovenian society and the Slovenian labour market in the framework of our possibilities (useful informal advice provided by a sufficiently broad network of people with different and rich experience regarding several issues, for example: employment, help in dealing with bureaucracy, the search for a dwelling and so on),
  • cultural programmes with an emphasis on Bosnian culture, music and customs,
  • the possibility of quality free time in the form of cultural and sport activities and integration into the activities of our societies,
  • the possibility to socialize with our members with whom they can communicate in their mother tongue.

The nurturing and preservation of the Bosnian culture is our primary activity. Therefore, we invite all who are interested in doing so to join us. If you can sing, play an instrument, dance, play, recite, paint, write or have any other cultural-artistic skills you are even more welcome to join our associations.
