Rights and obligations

If you are employed on the basis of a work permit, you have all the rights and obligations in accordance with national law, above all the Employment Relationship Act, e.g. related to wages, working time, breaks, rest periods, safety at work and other rights. If the employer violates your rights, you can contact the Slovenian Labour Inspectorate, which is responsible for the supervision of employment laws.
