Shops

Shops are open continuously, on weekdays usually from 8:00am to 7:00pm, and on Saturdays from 8:00a to 1:00pm. Private shops, department stores and larger shopping centres are usually open until 8 or 9pm, and on Sundays and public holidays until 3:00pm.

The payment currency in Slovenia is the euro and most of the shops accept credit cards. A number of shops also offer payment by instalments.
