Restriction of the use of Tobacco Products Act

The sale of tobacco products to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. You may be asked to prove your age by providing an identity document. If you decline to do so, the product will not be sold to you. Smoking is prohibited in all closed public places and work areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated rooms of accommodation providers, in homes for the aged, prisons, psychiatric clinics and rooms exclusively designated for smoking.
